Hi folks

There are quite a few discussions about Sentech products. Do you feel that we should open a separate forum for Sentech related discussions? I will be glad to contact the company and offer them moderator status on this forum (something that I offered to Telkom which they declined). Please give your views on the matter.

Regards,

excellent idea RPM!
This forum has turned from an ADSL forum into a Sentech forum. I definitely feel a new forum is needed.

Thanks dewd!

Yip that is a wonderful idea [8D] Especially if someone from Sentech would like to moderate the forum.

Good idea for a Sentech forum, but I would wonder about having Sentech moderators.

What if they "dissapear" negative posts?

* Cue Twilight Zone music *

Good point Andre.
It would be a slight dictatorship.
But i'd love to be able to speak to more Sentech people(not only ProAsm, even though he does a GREAT job). It would be great if Sentech could have a real relationship with their customers. That's something Telkom lacks

Hi guys

Thanks for the fast responses. Good point about negative posts disappearing. I could not get hold of them earlier today (tried just after 16:00), but will contact them again on Monday. They might also not be interested, like Telkom, but another option is to give them a Q&A forum, while the compliments and complaints forum are handled by our moderators. Any additional ideas about Sentech forums will be most welcome.

Regards,

RPM

Maybe a wireless and satellite internet access forum is a good idea?

That bloody cap...

Great idea RPM and I'd say no moderators except you.

The person to contact would be Marcel Steyn (GM Marketing) - just phone the switchboard and ask for him. You could also try Winston Smith.

16:00 - hehe if you in the driveway at 16:00 you'll be wiped out by 200+ vehicles [:D]

Oh.. I also suggest moving all current topics on Sentech to the new forum.

Maybe just put a sticky note up for a little bit in the General ADSL forum to point out that the Sentech posts have all moved to new Sentech forums.. so that people don't get confused like I did ;-)
