Sentech Improvement

This morning I tried to download Skype 1.1.0.79 from nzeo.com hosted in Korea, and I got 14k~15k constantly in direct download(single thread).

The question is, did sentech improve?

Yup... this morning I'm getting a minimum of 13.6kB/s international.
Maybe someone switched the bandwidth manager off by mistake
(Or maybe Sentech are now removing the throttle on the weekends??)

I've see some d/l going for 90s before the throttle, much like the 1 below. Maybe ST was watching the Stormers game and forgot to throw the switch
because it's still there .....

any common file that you are going to download is stored on their proxy servers so dont get all hyped thinking sentech have improved. Sentech will never improve... sentech are evil... sentech suck
