Sentech modems and contract/once off fee question

I spoke with the sentech chickie Naomi on the phone the other day, according to her, when you're application is processed, they courier a modem to you....

i was wondering if i could pick up the modem on my way home from work? I'm sure they won't take 8 hours processing my request?

plus, the once-off setup fee? is it cash or does the amount get added to your monthly bill?
