I went through to Sentech, fill in the application form for the second time, and walk out with a loan Mywiresless modem and logon code.
I've been using it now since last week Thursday and had only 1 disconnection.
No problem with speed, [after 6 months of using Telkom ISDN, paid a lot to stay online, been charged R100.00 for each call-out, sometimes my bill ran up to R2000.00] I must say this is better that a slice of Cheese Cake.
In my area I only pick-up a 20% signal for mywiresless and still it is 100% better and faster than ISDN.
I have been testing it night and day and had no problems with my connection accept for once that the connection dropped, but it was back on in 5 seconds.
Before applying for the service, Sentech came out to my address and test the signal for me. I do have an option of 3 basestations to pick up a signal.
For those people who struggle with Telkom service, I can recommend Sentech all the way.
