Shouldn't be too difficult, can do that by just repeating the first episode of the Mandalorian 24 hours a day and you will already have better content than 99% of the SABC

SABC is not a monopoly.

They force (well at least attempt to), everyone to pay for their services, even if they don't want it. That is absolutely monopolistic behaviour.
Same thing goes for public schools and public hospitals.

Their very existence crowds out private players.
