So I got this email this morning, and believe it or not, Sentech wants me to call them so I can give them some feedback and so they can close my ticket. This, to state it sort of mildly, pisses me off since I haven't received any feedback from them really and worst of all, that I should call them to give feedback on the stuff ups they've made. What kind of a circus is this?
I would have thought that after sitting with who-knows-what stuffed in their mouths (wipe that grin off your face LoneGunman [
]) for months while their service sucks ass, the first thing they would certainly say is "sorry, we bought 128k instead of xMbps bandwidth, honest mistake on our side ...", not "we'd like you to phone us now and give us some feedback".
