So I got this email this morning, and believe it or not, Sentech wants me to call them so I can give them some feedback and so they can close my ticket. This, to state it sort of mildly, pisses me off since I haven't received any feedback from them really and worst of all, that I should call them to give feedback on the stuff ups they've made. What kind of a circus is this?

I would have thought that after sitting with who-knows-what stuffed in their mouths (wipe that grin off your face LoneGunman [:D]) for months while their service sucks ass, the first thing they would certainly say is "sorry, we bought 128k instead of xMbps bandwidth, honest mistake on our side ...", not "we'd like you to phone us now and give us some feedback".

I was a bit worked up so I missed the 'nicely' approach. I did however email them, but to tell the truth, I'm not expecting any real meaningful replies ...

Doesnt it usually come from "support account" [email protected]

I have noticed in emailing them that if you are half-mean or realistic. ie. asking for a fictional excuse etc then they tend to make like they never got the email. Typical.

In true Sentech fashion, it may be fixed or better but there is still no announcement of sorts

i second that greedy. i sent them a snotty email and they didn't reply at all... luckily I have proof that I sent it - gotta love "Sent Items" :)

It does, that's why I was a bit surprised that it came from another 'personal' employee address

No ways man, next thing you know Rodent will be calling me a Nigerian scammer and blame me for 36's problemos [:)]

they want feedback?! i'll give them feedback: "IT SUCKS!!!! YOU USELESS BUNCH OF RIPOFFS!!!"

So after I sent that email in reply to that silly feedback request, I haven't heard anything and the situation is still horrible. I'm trying a new concept now ... I've asked them to open a ticket for not paying attention to my already open ticket, I wonder if they'll do it [:)]
