Seen as we are trying to be proactive about things, I decided on creating a Sentech Wish List. Maybe someone at Sentech HQ will catch wind of this and it might get those brain juices flowing. I've taken the liberty of adding the first few.

1. Management for Dummies.
2. Customer Service for Dummies.
3. International Bandwidth.

Speeds that reflect the product names, not product names that reflect a price

A techie who can give straight answers as to when issues will be resolved. I don't mind if it takes 2 months extra, but don't make empty promises all the time. Be straight with the clients.

product names with caps attached such as MyWireless 10GB as you know that thats what you will get not like 128kbps.
