They've managed to mess up our username and password and hasn't been able to fix it since Friday. We've also been in the process of changing our account since our 24/25 month contract is up and we are suppose to pay R150 less per month now that the modem is paid for.
I think in the conversion process they royally screwed it up. You also can't get a straight answer out of the helpdesk. *sigh*
I don't complain often but they have thoroughly screwed up my long weekend. Thanks sentech.
