Sentech you screwed up!

They've managed to mess up our username and password and hasn't been able to fix it since Friday. We've also been in the process of changing our account since our 24/25 month contract is up and we are suppose to pay R150 less per month now that the modem is paid for.

I think in the conversion process they royally screwed it up. You also can't get a straight answer out of the helpdesk. *sigh*

I don't complain often but they have thoroughly screwed up my long weekend. Thanks sentech.

speaking of screwups, has anyone else noticed irregularities on international access in the last two weeks?
i've been getting DNS errors on many common sites, sometimes for days on end. For instance this evening i can't access gmail.com (or www.gmail.com)

i don't think it's sentech's fault b/c i got the same problem on ADSL but still i wonder what's going on...
 
I hope we don't have to tell Sentech to stop charging the R150 per month for the modem now that our two years is completed...
 
Claymore : Yes you do because according to them their system doesn't change it automatically or some such drivel.
