Seriously IOL, explain your Malema fetish

You may not personally like reading about the Cretin, but there is no denying that he attracts readers.

If I was an editor, I'd be running everything I could on him - more readers = more revenue.

The twit is a golden goose at the moment.

Exactly, News24.com is a way better news source IMO.

Just a shame that some of their articles are completely stupid, full of grammar and spelling mistakes. How does that stupid sparkly vampire and his emotionless gf make Top Story news when they have a fight. That is gossip.

I don't think any of the RSA news sites are any good except maybe M&G because they have Zapiro (excluding the days his drawings are bordering on a confession of true love for Mandela).

EDIT: I forgot about EWN. They are pretty good IIRC. Going back there for a while.

Sorry, but News24 is just as bad and it is extremely difficult to pick through what is a legitimate story and what is an opinion piece of the journalist with a bunch of made up facts.
News24 seems to have an attitude of publish first and verify facts later.

You should be using several sources for your local news in order to get a better picture....

IOL
News24
Mail and Guardian
Times Live
EWN

etc....

Sowetan also has a Malema fetish. Why report on someone that is clearly a danger to South Africa? Why do all these Newspaper Editiors choose short term revenue over the stability of South Africa? The more they report on Malema the more powerful he gets and the more threat he poses to international investors and in turn the more joblesssess there is. So these newspaper editors are in fact contributing to the unemployment of this country because investors are nervous about Malema.
