Seriously Telkom, wtf? Line issues, anyone?

Is anyone else having issues with their Telkom connection lately?
I am in Pietermaritzburg and I am getting somewhat annoyed. My connection randomly drops every hour or so, internet (even local) is extremely slow and even if I try changing accounts I still have issues.

Does anyone know of any "maintenance" (read as: **** up) Telkom is busy with that may be causing this?

I dont know whats going on, my connections been screwed up since friday. It went so well last month...

As has mine. I will call those bastards tomorrow and ask them to do a line test. I really really hope it is just my connection and not a general problem

I've had no problems, in fact it's been stable with no dropping at all since I got it in July.
