Seriously weird ping spikes to router

Hi,
I have a DSL 2750U connected via a cat5e ethernet cable. When I ping the router at 10.0.0.2, the results vary between either 0, 10 or 20 milliseconds -- nothing else. I could understand more if it weren't only those three values, but it just seems to be that.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I've never had this before, until today.

I have the same router, but just using a wifi connection. Dunno if that nullifies the experiment?

Regardless, my three ping results were as follows:
1: Minimum = 1ms, Maximum = 1ms, Average = 1ms
2: Minimum = 1ms, Maximum = 3ms, Average = 1ms
3: Minimum = 1ms, Maximum = 20ms, Average = 5ms

Soooo... I'm getting some different values there, if that's of any interest.

The drivers you get for your Mobo are rather old try the manufactures website, if its Realtek GBE Family Controller it should be Version 7.90.826.2014 (2014-08-26)

Erase the router and input the settings again.

I think this is what they call First World Problems, lolol.

Maybe your computer is a bit OCD, and only likes ones and zeroes.
