Server Chassis

I'm looking for a 2U server chassis that can take a decent ATX board and has a built in power supply.

Anyone know where I can get one?

Daylight robbery, if I use a standard chassis my entire server is going to cost 4K.

Perhaps then consider the Codegen 1U or 4U rack-mount chassis range.
