Server not found - www.ppn.co.za

Getting Server not found errors on webafrica for www.ppn.co.za and optimum.ppn.co.za ... loading fine on Vodacom. Anyone mind testing on their ISP?

Works on Afrihost. Maybe a DNS issue. Try using external DNS like google's 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4

Thank you. Had WebAfrica support test it on their side... loads fine for them. Ping resolves to 23.23.253.78 for them, but fails 100% - could simply be ignoring ICMP packets.

Already running 8.8.8.8 as a failsafe:

Default Server:  google-public-dns-a.google.com
Address:  8.8.8.8

> www.ppn.co.za

*** google-public-dns-a.google.com can't find www.ppn.co.za: Server failed

Correction, it differs every time you run the test
