Server Reset

I'm on the old wireless 5 package and the 128k VAS. I know that my data is finished but for the past two weeks keep getting "The connection was reset - The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." messages when trying to browse the net.

my email and browsing to iBurst website works fine. Trying to get through to the call centre is nightmare as I have been on hold now for more than 20 minutes.

If I have the 128k VAS i should still be able to browse. If I reset my modem it works for 5 minutes and then gives me server reset messages.

Please fix this. Took me 10 minutes just to post this.

Finally got through and the ticket for this is 502987.

I am getting that now for the past 2 days (when my modem DOES connect for 5 minutes) and when pages do load they are half loaded or the css is not loaded.

I am not on VAS or capped, and it is getting annoying.
 
Same thing is happening again..

Every site I try to load "server reset the connection"
Would like to know whats going on here.

And just as soon as it stops working, it starts working again an hour later..

Dunno wtf..

Same thing here in Glenwood, Durban. I've got the impression it is mostly happening during working hours. Very annoying...
