Service cancellation issues

We have been struggling since end of July to get a service cancelled when my daughter moved to the Netherlands. The support team indicated that the line was released but it still shows as active on the website and we were still billed in September.

The new owner of the house cannot get his service activated due to this problem.

This is really frustrating. @PBCool, Can anyone help please

Hi sure let me investigate.
 
"The line an billing was already cancelled ,the issue is on coolzone where it’s still showing that the clients product is still active ,I have tried giving the client a call but the line went to voice mail" Is the feedback I have.

Is there an alternative number they can try you on? Please PM me if so.
