Service Down - Back up and better

Hi all

My sentech service was down for a few hours today and when it came back up the speeds were back to normal and I had no more packet loss pinging google.

Sentech must have fixed something, thanks.

I'm overwhelmed they put the initial advice on the board !

To expect an ' issue resolved ' ? I don't think they've reached that part of the text book yet.
