Who can remember the old days when the connection fee was R225.00 exc VAT per month on all prepaid and contracts. This was used for a 1 hour payment for a customer service representative to manually check your balances, complaints, and phone for ID verification.

Now you verification is only once as RICA, why?

You still have to pay this for contracts. Just prepaid is now like R1 and you need to go to the SP and rica
