Would just to know if anyone else is having big problems? This whole week speeds have been surprisingly good in bedfordview, then last night something happened and the service went off completely and was down, unable to reconnect. Its now morning and still giving an error message about it failing to connect to the computers on the other side. I reset the prime phone and I get 3 bars which disappear to zero a few seconds later.

Is there any maintenance going on Hugo or is it just the usual par for the course? I don't eveb bother phoning the useless support line any longer.

I am also having problems at home and I am at work and it looks like that my pc at home is offline and it is not reconnecting and it was working when I left and I can’t log in from work onto my home pc.

I wanted to do things on my home pc from from my office and now I can't

Yep the data service went down late last night.
It stabilised on 0 bars and a RSSI mostly of 110 throughout the night and early morning.

This morning it's been up and down many times and appeared much worse *obviously because the technicians started working on it this morning*

Looks like they have just fixed it as I was typing this out, RSSI just dropped down to 67 and no disconnections yet *touch wood*

That was a good 13 hour downtime there.

Mine is still down, I use logmein to log in on my pc at home from the office and I can see that it is not reconnecting and that my pc's are offline

I noticed that the ppp connection was forcefully disconnected a few times this morning and had to manually dialup again.

I hope it's up for you and it is just a case of manually re-dialling up.

My connection also hung last night - neotel device had a black screen.
Had major issues in the last hour or so, connection keeps hanging :(
