Service Recovery

I am without ADSL connectivity since Monday (Pretoria East)
The fun thing is that Telkom quotes a 14 to 21 delay in fixing it.
I find it unbelievable and disturbing. Are there other similar experiences?

You just never know with Telkom. Sometimes they just go and surprise you and pitch up earlier than expected. Hold thumbs and hope for the best.
