Hi All,

I have contacted Iburst twice now to come and test the signal at my home.
I am a gamer and have been offline for too long and only recenty found out that iburst has offerings in my area(telkom cant install adsl here)...

I havent recieved a Single notification or callback from them?

If this is the level of service one can expect from them, then I am really wondering if it is worth it at all? Is this a general problem or am I the odd case?
 
I would NOT recommend iBurst in general from personal experience.

IF you are totally stuck without ANY other options...

Your best bet is to get Shaun Green to resolve the signal test issue for you.
He normally gets things sorted pretty quickly.
BTW stay away from a contract if you can...

I agree , as gamer myself ... stay away . If all else fail , make sure you stay OFF contract.

NOOOO! Don't touch Wimax. Their service is completely non existent and every Thursday and Friday there is no connection.
 
im guessing thats with telkom, could look at screamer and iburst
