Nope, the Classifieds section is intended for more personal adverts of a non-commercial nature, i.e. not for companies that want to advertise for free.

Nope, you can put a single commercial link in your forum signature, however intentionally posting unsolicited commercial advertising will by definition be interpreted as spam.
