Setback for net neutrality

Well I say we all jump ship and dump Comcast's ass for better ISP's...oh wait, that's the yanks' problem....:D

Stupid appeals court. The FCC IS the de facto American regulator for all things involving communications.

He's got the whole thing back to front. The FCC is not trying to regulate the internet... but they are trying to stop one of their constituents... a Cable company (whom they do have jurisdiction over) from interfering with the free flow of internet traffic. And rightly so. Anybody who restricts the flow of internet traffic should be dealt with.

This particular act of regulation is a move to allow the internet to flow unrestricted.
