Setting up a forum

Hey all

Me and my friend are looking to set up a forum site.
How would we go about doing this? Any advice would
be greatly appreciated.

Get hosting (www.texo.co.za), grab some forum software (phpbb or other), upload and setup

Texo has Fantastico installed which will auto-install a couple of the more popular forum softwares for you as well.

You would need a hosting account and a forum script (there are many available, just ask your prospective host which ones they support or recommend) and install it. Some of the better web hosts will also assist with the installation for no charge.
