Setting up pictures and make it nice?

Hey..

I was just wondering, I have loads of photos, and placing them in folders just doesn't seem to do the job.. Can i ask if anyone know of anything where we can make like the albums look nice?

I'm planning to burn the photos out on a CD.. if there is any software that allows people to play around with how it looks like when you choose your folder, please tell me..

I prefer folders, but also tag the photos individually for better organisational structure - which I then use in Photoshop Elements Organiser.

Google's Picasa is a free organiser you can use.

Picasa or Windows Live Photo Gallery:

I prefer Windows Live Gallery. Way better features than Picasa and add skydrive (25GB online storage for free from windows) and your set.
