Hi all need some help please. The issue is my dad and I share Internet connection, and sometimes I add stuff to my download queue and im off to work. And thus when he goes online later it's barely usuable cause of the downloading.
The thing is, I was enquiring about a method of let say prioritising Internet request or something. In other words when he goes online he gets the full benefit and and speed and when he goes off again, it goes full speed ahead on my downloading.
Now someone told me that I should Set Up Qos (Quality of Service)
"Basically you need to make any traffic coming from your father's PC of a higher priority than traffic coming from your PC or port 119 (NNTP port)."
