setting up Vodacom email in outlook-using IS(Internet Solution)

hi need help setting up my email in outlook. using IS(Internet Solution).. got the local account...

What is the incoming & outgoing mail server

i think i"ve got the incoming server ([email protected]) or?

Incoming: pop3.vodamail.co.za
UserName [email protected]
Outgoing: smtp.vodamail.co.za
And enable authentication for outgoing mail.
IS or SAIX should not make a difference. I found the smtp server to be unreliable, haven't used it for ages, so might be better now.
