Settings for Mweb ipv6

I’d like to ask if anyone knows the settings for ipv6 for Mweb isp. Ime with Vumatel and Mweb is my isp provider. So I needed the prefix delegation and the start and stop range for the router. can anyone help

I did ask them. They said that’s not part of their discussions for technical support. So I was a bit confused

So what makes you think they support it at all then?

It’s says on so google that Mweb isp supports IPv6 automatically
