Im setting up my network at home for adsl and I need to check that everything is correct. I have two pc's and a switch and I'm looking to buy a router/modem. There issa cheapish one, billion 5102S, but it only has one ethernet port. So I figured that I could just plug the 5102S and the two PC's into the switch and use the 5102S as a default_gateway on both PC's. Will this work?

Yes - I have mine set up in this manner - just load PPPoE onto both PC's if you configure the billion as a modem.

Just make sure that your firewalls are up, there are some nasty viruses out there.

You mean both pc's would have to install the router as a modem to connect to the internet? Because I want to get the web africa special and I dont think they allow multiple connections off one account.

Kewl, just phoned WA and they say you can have up to 4 connections on a single account. So I'm golden.
