Setup Video Call

Does anybody know how I can get a Sony V800 to make a video call. To use the options on the phone doesn't work. I heard from somebody that you have to dail *123*15# to enable the feature from the network, is this so, because it fails? Any help will be appreciated ..

I had to call 155 to get the Video calling enabled on my contract.

Don't know when you last called 155, but there hasn't been a 20 minute odd wait for 155 in a long time - except maybe when there are major network problems.

called them yesterday, around 3pm. hung up after 15min. will try them again now.
