Seven calls to ICASA

Five separate phones all went to voicemail.

I hung up one call after being on hold for too long.

The phone in the office of Chair Paris Mashile immediately diverts to voicemail, as it was doing yesterday.

The non-independent non-communication non-authority.

[The poor woman answering the main switchboard (what a kuk job) is unable to tell me if there is anyone of importance present at ICASA, because she is 'down in the basement' and thus is not aware of who is where.]
