Severe packet loss

I'm uncapped (as are most of you) and I had less packet loss on UT2004 capped, than I am having now.

I will be capping my connection in the next day or so to see if there is any difference.

Anyone else have the same experience?

i'll survive without internet, adsl should kick in soon i hope, with all these public holidays im not sure the 2 people who work at telkom is actually there
