i've just upgraded a line to 4mb/s but the latency when i try and play SF4 online is unbearable. i know a few of you play online using a 4mb/s unshaped account and said that the latency was quite good.
line speed = 4mb/s
ISP = FNB Connect
anyone have any ideas?

..... but i'm connected to the european server for SF4, wuold it help if i connect to another server?
