Shaky hands

Lol ye google says caffeine triggers tremors, weird coz I didnt have the caffeine yet, it’s like my hands were shaking on purpose and that’s why half the teaspoon of coffee never made it into the cup.
Cancelled coz rain.
Got my tabs though, will take it next time anything shakes lol
The sooner you start taking the tabs, the more coffee will land on your tastebuds instead of on your kitchen floor.
Side effects of Inderal is alopecia!
Wtf, now what!?
This summer it will look like you're not a fan of getting a tan ...

So just last night I poured water, holding the 1l glass container in one had I picked up the tumbler in the other and uhm it was shaking like crazy and spilled a bit l.

I freaked out.. but then I realized I was cutting the grass with a weed eater just prior(too small for a mower but too big lawn for doing it with this regularly).. anyway.. ordinarily my hands don’t shake.

If it was a regular thing I’d see a doc. So yah.. seems like yours is more regular hence the question.

Looks like you going so good luck. Hopefully it’s just a dietary change that’s needed. For these things getting it checked asap is best.

I have two pharmacies close by that are flexible on things...

I don't think the OP is east rand material though, so I dunno where he would get his.

Yup, we have a few my side as well although they are still only flexible on certain items, others not so much
this would very likely fall into the flexible category though

Not to scare you or anything but I too found reasons in the beginning for the shakes. I remember carrying 4 5l bottles of cooking oil in one hand from the car to the house. My hands started shaking, that was the first time I noticed it and blamed it on carrying the oil.

Yea.. will start worrying if it happens again. Thus far it’s an isolated incident.
