Shaping Detection

That application is retarded.

I tested it on our uncapped M-Web 4096 ADSL account at work, which we know to be shaped, and these are my results:

Connected to server 64.9.225.166.

Estimating capacity:
Upstream: 189 Kbps.
Downstream: 997 Kbps.

The measurement will take upto 2.5 minutes. Please wait.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 186 Kbps.

Downstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 933 Kbps.

No shaper detected? Thats cos the estimated speed matched the actual speed, but both are VERY shaped. Whats the point?
