Hey,
I'm on a 5gig account that sadly goes through SAIX. It used to be serviceable, seeing as we had the 1Mb line, so that downloads were reasonable, but in the last few weeks I've started having serious issues with P2P apps only getting speeds of less than 10kB, even though HTTP seems to still be alright. Seeing as you guys seem to know everything in the SA broadband world, I just wanted to ask if you know whether Telkom's gone on some sort of port-shaping spree lately, and if so whether there're reasonable means to get around it. It's irritating the crap out of me.
Thanks.
