Ive seen so many people say they have lots of local bandwidth becouse of telkoms testing and what what! So people dont know how to use this! So I did a bit of googleing and found a very nice application! It allows you to make your own server!
Example run the program and the files can be accessed by other users from your ip!

That is not a real link its just a example of how the links would look like!
You can choose what to share! This can get very interresting if people can download this and share the link to their stuff they have shared! Its like p2p but much better and direct and only local traffic would be transfer as we connect to your ip address!
