Sharepoint list offline? How?

Anyone know how to add to a Sharepoint list offline?
There's Sharepoint, Microsoft Lists, Onedrive, Microsoft To-Do and probably zillion others that does the same thing by M$ but non of them can work offline.

AI will take over humanity and kill us all yet I can't add to a sharepoint list whist being offline. It's crazy. Absolutely nuts.

Do you mean being available when offline (not on internet) and then syncing when online again?

Yes it's just a simple receipt scanner. Need to be able to add new items while being offline.

Thought they'd add it to the Microsoft Lists app but then they went and discontinued it. Clowns.
