Sharing a printer but not internet connection over WIFI

Hi guys,

I was just wondering how this can be done - I want to share my wifi printer (HP OfficeJet 4500 Wireless) with 4/5 laptops/pcs in my home/office but do not want to share the internet bandwidth / connectivity with all of them.

How do I filter or configure the machines I want to not have internet access of my WIFI but share the printer access?

I currently have a Netgear DG834G v3 modem/router and the other machines connect to the printer via this router - i.e. they all have my pre-shared key. I just want to moderate who uses the internet via this connection.

I have a basic understanding of networking, so I should be able to follow any instructions.

Disable DHCP,Set static IPs on all PCs,put the router in your IP settings as Gateway and DNS and none of the others' PCs,disable UPnP on router - option1,bypassable with some knowledge

OR

Remove your Internet details from the router,set it to Bridge mode/PPPoE passthrough and configure the details on your PC to "dial" direct - option2,not so bypassable
