Sharing an ADSL line

My folks have just got ADSL installed at their house and I am hoping to get it at my flat in the new year. Could I get a subscription now and use it at their place? How hard is it to change users and would it be safe to get one of those Axxess 30gb accounts still? Been reading the thread regarding Axxess being unaffected by the 1st of November changes but its hard to make out a solid answer in the 7 pages of posts.

I phoned Axxess today (28 Sept 2005) and they said that they are going to do the utmost best to continue to give us this service. He could not promise me anything though. I know this does not clarify anything. They guy also told me that they were having further meetings about this and we should continue to check out their website for details. Best bet, dont sign yourself into anything more than a month.

Well thankfuly it looks like they support month by month subscription so thats perfect. As for the logging in, do I need to change the IP/DNS settings everytime I log in with my details or is there an app out there that can manage it?
