Sharing USB modem??

Hey chaps

I use a USB modem on my desktop for internet access.
Desktop runs xp, I wanna share this internet connection with my Vista laptop.
What will be the best way to do this?
Both machines have wireless capability oc .

get a wireless 3g router

Share your internet connection on the PC running the usb modem, then create an adhoc network on the wireless, the laptops gateway should be the desktops IP address.

I haven't done this myself but it should work.

Or get a wireless 3g router.
