Not looking all that bad so far, still not what they used to be. I can see individual play far too often.

Look at the scoreboard man.

Yeah, that's right... change the argument.... you were earlier rolling on the floor because of the two yellow cards. While you were rolling around the Sharks were scoring all the points! Next time stop rolling around and you'll get to see some good rugby.

The scoreboard would look different if the ref and TMO did not have so much money riding on a 'Tahs win!

So should we count the money earning decisions for the refs tonight?

Let's add not giving the penalty try to the Sharks for the deliberate knock down when Kankowski had an open line....

Oh and then let's add the controversial "obstruction" call while I am typing this when the Sharks were on the 'Tahs line in the final minute!

I'm over this Super 14...

EDIT : And when you have the one eyed Aussie commentators pointing out these controversial decisions you know there is something seriously wrong!

The ref'ing def needs to be looked at in a BIG way... and I mean this for all teams.

Agreed Lancelot. New laws seem to be so biased or whatever you call it.

Nice to see an attacking Sharks team! :D IMO We should have won that game fair.

Ref and TMO was very very very dubious. I don't know what on earth is going on but as a Rugby fan and a Sharks supporter I am disgusted at these so called "decisions". :(

Onto the game -

Robbed for sure, and I actually don't give a fsck about the haters and their "it's all the refs" bull****, you would have to be very un-South African to not admit that that ref did indeed cost a South African team the game. Good to see that we actually had attack this week and it goes to show, if our forwards drive it up with support and our backline runs straight, we can play better. Continue with this trend Sharks.

I did.

I watched many sharks game.

Read through this this dude, it's ALWAYS the ref.

I have read this thread.

In this case the ref criticism is justified.

TMO awarded a try that clearly wasn't.

Ref gives Beale a yellow card for a deliberate knock down, but fails to have the guts to award a penalty try, when Kankowski had an open line in front of him.

Don't think it was about guts, it was a home town decision.

come on team, if you can lead it 16-13 at half time after an abysmal showing, all you need to do is pick it up and the Brumbies are beaten!

Brilliant chirp earlier in the game... Paul Marks is the one touch judge (asst ref). He pinged Bismarck for a dangerous charge into a ruck. Ref did not see it and based on TJ report, awards a penalty to the Brumbies. John Smit asks ref "was that a Paul Marks call?" CLASSIC!!!
