Sharp 902

I got the Sharp 902 back in 2005. Since then I've given it to another family member who is on MTN. The problem is that due to it being a Vodafone Live! phone and only sold by Vodacom as a result, MTN can't seem to send internet settings to the phone.

Does anyone have a clue as to how to set up the internet settings manually?
