I managed to get hold of Shaun on his cell... although he has a days leave today he undertook to personally assist me with my billing problem.

It is really a pity that he was moved from the operations department.

There is a rumour [not sure where it is posted - perhaps somewhere in this thread] that you are now Luis' boss and have been kicking that department's butt...true/false?
