FF Plus Councilor: Emfuleni Local Municipality

Several operations of the Emfuleni Local Municipality came to a halt on Monday (September 9) when the sheriff seized computers from the municipality.
The service provider company that provides these services to the municipality is but one of many service providers whose contracts have not been fulfilled.
One of the most important divisions in the municipality, the creditors section, was paralyzed after its computers with important data were also removed.
This is not the first time Emfuleni has failed to pay its service providers. Last year, the sheriff hit the municipality several times and seized goods. Even the garbage disposal trucks were removed.
This is again proof of how deeply the ANC has plunged Emfuleni into debt and of his inability to manage a city or town effectively.
