Hi guys.

Need some help. Firstly I'm a noob to this. It seems that I have got a virus on my pc. AVG picks up this SHeur trojan horse. It removes it but it just re creates itself. I think my USB 1tb hard drive is infected as that's where it's picking it up from. I don't think my pc itself is infected. How do I remove it and I may have mistakenly clicked on one and said it's safe. Please help me.
Thanks in advance.

Uninstall AVG and install Avast Free with Malwarebytes.

Run boot scan with avast then one with malwarebytes.

I have downloaded and did as above. I have also installed Avira. All picks up different viruses! How do I know which one is correct and which one to leave on?

Edit: To answer your question, they are both correct.

Run Malwarebytes, let it clean/delete everything it picks up.

Reboot

Repeat the above until Malwarebytes doesn't pick up anything anymore.

PS:
1. It's going to take a long time
2. Multiple infections are a devil to get rid of
3. If the option is available and you have a good backup of your data and applications, I'd recommend re-installing that machine
4. Get a decent paid Antivirus - eSET Nod32 will cost you about R300 a year - little enough for the peace of mind that a good AV gives you. - eSet offers a 30day free trial - I recommend that you ditch Avira and use the eSet free trial rather (note, I am speaking about eSet Antivirus not the "full" protection suite - the Antivirus is all you need (imo))
