Hi Forum,

I just had my car in for a service that hurt me pockets properly
I do have to get my front/back shocks replaced too asap .

Can you please suggest a service center that I could get them done at.
Its for a Puresheete 206. Also, any idea how much shocks cost these days?

EISH

They cost a **** load I was quoted R4200 for my 17 year old golf 3 at supaquick. Ended up buying the shocks myself and fitting at a mechanic. Cost me R1800 for Monroe shocks installed all four. Now that's cheap.

Dont you need wheel alignment after fitting the shocks? Or you did not go to a bush mechanic?

Have the same problem. Costs R5000 to replace all my shocks on my A4 :( . . . . But the tests say Rear shocks still OK but I want to do them all same time

First of all, sell that piece of crap and get something decent.
Secondly, get a service/maintenance plan next time to minimize the pain

Oh yeah I did that after he installed I. Did it at Mintys, cost me R250 if I remember correctly. So 2grand totaled.
