Good Day,

I just want to thank the Axxess ISP for the most shocking unprofessional service I have ever experienced.

Spent close to R200 of airtime begging for a top-up on my account with no prevail. I've asked your so called consultants to phone me back, I Still have not received a QA call. IS it standard service to hangup on your customers??
