Shocking speeds

Hi.
I am getting speeds that drop down to less than 1mb/s. I'm on the 1TB package and at times am reaching 50mb/s.
I'm nowhere near the cap.

What could be the issue?

I think MTN's bleeding network is the issue ; been writing about it for weeks, though I've been on MTN through Afrihost.
