Short-term insurance broker question

I am looking to move to a different insurance company, because premiums with my current provider are increasing beyond what I can afford. I initiated some quotes via the Ctrl app and the quote from a broker called Brolink looks very favourable.

Question for people who have first-Hank knowledge of Brolink:
How good are they with processing and paying out claims?

Brolink have been around for ages and are trust-able.
Just ensure:-
That your premiums haven't been cut and your excess's escalated
The requirements aren't stupid (tracking system requirement/ Alarm requirement)
The insurer is a traditional insurer and not a maverick insurer like Discovery, Momentum, A&G, Outsurance etc. You want rather to be insured through Hollard, Santam, Bryte or OMI.
