Copy all the files you want from the original stick to either a new stick or your hard drive. Exclude *.inf, *.exe. *.com (in the root) from being copied. Format the stick, then copy the files back. Then start up Windows and run a full scan on it with Avast/AVG free/any good antivirus program.
